Spring has come at last. The weather is getting nicer - hopefully you had a nice time as well. Again, we have interesting news for you.
1) Five issues on our own behalf:
You can cancel all online purchases without having to give a reason within one hour after the purchase. Please note that this option was created to enable you to correct booking mistakes. We hope you understand that this option is not available if you buy a ticket for a performance on the same day or if the ticket is already printed. You can cancel your tickets on our homepage using the menue item customer support/cancel tickets.
If - for whatever reason - you cannot use your purchased tickets, we now offer you the option to sell tickets on consignment. Tickets which were released for a sale on consignment are shown online and can be purchased by all customers. This option is available only on www.culturall.com. You find this option in the menu customer support/sell tickets on consignment. When you sell Burgtheater tickets on consignment you can choose the price as you like. For the Vienna State Opera there is an restriction: as long as unsold seats in the respective price group are on offer - only a price as high or higher than the original price os possible. For the Volksoper Vienna sale on consignement is not possible at the moment. Please understand that - to pay for our expenses such as credit card fees, server and implementation costs - a handling fee of 6 percent is collected which will be divided between the theater and us. To prevent speculation, the handling fee increases if you ask for more than the original ticket price.
At Customer Service/sale on commision/all tickets sold on commission all tickets sold on commission as well as the obtained prices can be accessed.
From now on, bonus points* are going to be deducted right away when bundestheater.at-CARD owners place an order and offer points for it - if the order can not fulfilled, the bonus points will be reimbursed.
Culturall Specials: We have started to inform individual customers (whos interests we know or believe to know:-) about special performances. We were able to invite long term fans of Michael-Heltau to the opening night party, if they bought a ticket for the opening. Let us surprise you with our upcoming ideas.
On 19. May 2012, the Life Ball celebrates its 20th anniversary - to honour this anniversary, a gala concert with national and international top class artists takes place at the Burgtheater on the eve of the ball. The concert is given for the benefit of the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI). President Bill Clinton is going to be present as representative of his organisation.
Next to the Vienna Philharmonics under the conduct of Louis Langrée and piano accompaniment by Malcolm Martineau, the following artists will support the cause: Patricia Petibon, Bernarda Fink, Michael Schade and Florian Boesch for the classical side and Soul- und Jazz- bigshots Randy Crawford and Al Jarreau. The actresses Melanie Griffith and Sunnyi Melles are going to do short readings in between the musical performances, human rights activist and author Maya Angelou is going to recite a personal poem. Take part in a poetic journey that starts with loneliness and exclusion but ends with celebrating the joy of life and tolerance according to the slogan: „United in Difference“.
The concert is set up in cooperation with the Burgtheater and friendly support by Novomatic. It is under the auspices of Dr. Claudia Schmied, Federal Ministry for Education, Music and Art as well as Dr. Andreas Mailath-Pokorny, city councillor of Vienna for Culture and Science.

Make use of your chance and book your tickets on time - in the last year we could fulfil 80% of the ticket wishes of those customers who placed their orders in the first three days.
For your orientation - here are the performances with the highest demand so far. They are ordered as follows: the production which was highest in demand is shown first and then the other dates of this opera follow (again ordered according to the demand)
